Sapphire crystal will not be scratched, but may I ask why there is still damaging of sapphire crystals being heard from time to time?

There are two cases in this scenario. A) If an object is colliding with another object that is harder than itself, it could be scratched. For example, if a sapphire crystal collides with a diamond, it would be scratched. But this is a rare situation. B) If the force of the collision is huge, such as falling on the ground from a high position, then the sapphire crystal might be broken.

What is included with the price?

The price of each watch includes the shipping and handling fee. However, please be aware that import tax/duty fee might be collected by the customs department of your local government, and it is not the resposibility of DELTAt.


Is there any return policy?

You may return or exchange any item as long as we are notified within 48 hours after receiving the item(s) for a full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping, to exchange for another in stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges.

- Item(s) must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, straps must not be changed, and bracelets must not be resized. Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.

- You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference, or If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.

- Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can be applied only for store credit.

- Item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of notice to be eligible for refund or exchange.


How to place an order from the online shop?

Just click the Buy Now button at the product's detail page to buy the product directly, or click the Add to Cart button to place the product in the shopping cart and continue shopping. Click the Check Out button at the upper-right-hand corner when you are finished shopping and follow the steps on screen to proceed.


How much is the shipping fee

Shipping fee is included.


When will the shipment be posted?

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days once payment has been confirmed. If the payment is made via Paypal eCheck, the shipment will be posted once the fund is cleared.


Is there any warranty for DELTAt watches?

Every DELTAt watch is covered by a limited International warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase, under the conditions below.

With this two year limited warranty, DELTAt undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of the watch that result from defective manufacturing. This warranty is only honored in Official DELTAt Service Centres. In addition, certain restrictions do apply and for this reason it is essential that you read the following paragraphs.

To benefit from this limited warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The original invoice/receipt must be enclosed with the watch when it is sent for repair and must be dated at the time of purchase by an approved DELTAt retailer or, by a dedicated DELTAt Boutique; DELTAt will not honor the warranty for watches sold without an invoice/receipt from an approved DELTAt retailer or from a dedicated DELTAt Boutique.
  • The serial number engraved on the case is perfectly legible and no part of the original case back or original serial number has been removed, modified, falsified, altered , replaced, erased or rendered illegible.

If any of these conditions are not met, all rights attached to the DELTAt international warranty system will be cancelled.

Any defects resulting from actions carried out anywhere other than an Official DELTAt Service Centre are not covered by this warranty and will render it null and void. The limited warranty also does not cover bracelets, crystals and batteries, or any deterioration of the case or movement due to humidity that has entered the watch as a result of improper handling. More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use of the watch.

We recommend that you send your watch by registered mail, carefully wrapped to avoid damage, to the nearest Official DELTAt Service Centre, or take it to your approved DELTAt retailer or dedicated DELTAt Boutique. The list of Official DELTAt Service Centres can be found here.


What should I be aware of about the leather straps?

Leather Straps' dyes might run off when they are new, so please be aware not to wear the watch with leather straps on sleeve when the straps are new. The dye will be stabilized after a while, and after that, it is fine to wear the watch on the sleeve with leather straps.


What should I be aware of when adjusting the date of the watch?

You should avoid adjusting the date of the watch when the time of the watch is between 11:00PM and 01:00AM. This is the time when the date disk of the watch advance to the next date, and if you adjust the time during this period, you might cause the gears inside the movement to be stuck, and thus make the watch not functioning anymore. If this is the case, you will need to take the watch to a watchmaker for repairing, and it is not covered under the warranty of the watch and a repair fee will be charged.
